  • Credits are consumed on use and do not reset automatically
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Failure to maintain credits may result in service limitations
  • You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the Services

8. Cancellation and Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings
  • We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms
  • We may terminate the Services with 30 days' notice
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately

9. Disclaimers

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Contexa and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or through the Services. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
